Rockids is one of the major players in the field of non-formal and extracurricular education for children from 0 to 12 years old.
Rockids day care centres have a solid educational foundation, built on caring and positive pedagogy. The children are cared for in renovated and modernised structures which contribute to making Rockids a professional in childcare and education in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In order to meet its ambitions for continued growth in Luxembourg, the Rockids group is looking for its future full-time Area Manager (M/F).
The Area Manager has a major role in the relationship between the Rockids headquarters and the structures. The main task will be to ensure the performance of each daycare centre and the sector (concept) as a whole, namely
Economic performance (respecting the budget and the marketing of the nurseries)
Operational performance (guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the stability of the teams of professionals in the crèche)
Pedagogical performance (respecting the educational project of the structures, aiming to ensure the best care for the children)
Your missions:

Your profile:
You have a 5 year degree from a business school or a Master’s degree in management. You have significant experience in operational management, ideally acquired in a multi-site environment.
Knowledge of the Early Childhood sector is an advantage.
You will have proven skills in supervising, managing and leading a team;
You have excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to evolve in a fast-growing multi-site environment, your leadership and your spirit of initiative are your assets.
You will be able to work in a fast-growing multi-site environment. Fluency in another language is a plus;
Discreet, you are concerned about confidentiality;
You have a sense of management and responsibility and you wish to support the executive managers in their function;
You are dynamic, available and have a real desire to set up an organisation that facilitates the work of the teams;
Your ability to adapt and anticipate is well proven;
You are solution-oriented, you have a critical eye and demonstrate responsiveness and analytical skills;
You are a good listener and are able to engage in dialogue with others;
You are dynamic, available and show initiative.
You have a good command of IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
