The CSA, or Chèque-Service Accueil, is a scheme set up by the Luxembourg State to facilitate access to childcare for children aged 0 to 12. It enables both resident and non-resident families to benefit from partial coverage of childcare costs, based on their individual circumstances.

Financial support for families

Thanks to the CSA, the cost of nursery or day-care services is reduced, with fees calculated according to:

  • Household income,
  • Number of dependent children,
  • Number of childcare hours used,
  • And the age of the child.

This is a concrete form of support that allows all children to benefit from quality care, regardless of their parents’ budget.

Rockids – Approved CSA provider

All Rockids nurseries and day-care centres are approved by the Ministry of National Education as CSA service providers. This means families can use their Chèque-Service Accueil in any of our facilities and benefit from reduced childcare rates.

How to apply

  • Immediately enjoy the reduced rates, with no additional procedures required.
  • To benefit from the CSA scheme, families must:
  • Register with their local commune or the Caisse pour l’Avenir des Enfants, which issues the CSA card.
